Hotel Emma is a 146 room boutique hotel, accompanied by two restaurants, hotel bar, event space, fine foods purveyor, meeting space, fitness center, and a rooftop pool. The historical Victorian tower was constructed in 1894, followed by two more cellars that were scabbed on through the early 1900s. The historical features were preserved and refined through the construction process. The concrete structure new tower was connected to the historical brewhouse with a steel connector structure. Existing equipment, piping, and selected structural elements were salvaged during demolition and later installed with field modifications as architectural features.
