Ross Smith, MBA
Founder
Ross graduated from Texas A&M University and Texas State University with degrees in Construction Science and an MBA. He is passionate about continuous improvements and a forward thinking approach to push the limits of construction management. What Ross brings to each of his projects is a creative "outside the box" problem solving approach, lean construction initiatives, and careful planning to achieve better results with less resources and minimal waste. With his time outside of the office, Ross enjoys trail running, kite surfing, and traveling.
Andy Carey
Co-Founder
Andy graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in Construction Science and Management. He is passionate about learning and constantly expanding his knowledge. Andy brings a detail oriented approach to each of his projects. He strives to know everything about his projects, and gathers all the facts to resolve issues. While Andy is not in the office, he enjoys hiking with his wife and son, traveling, and fishing in South Padre Island.
